A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.

However if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Returns Policy

If a flaw is found within the Returns window, no additional cost will be paid to repair the same product. If no fault is reported or the problem is not detected within 10 days of delivery or deployment, you will be directed to a brand service center to address any subsequent problems.

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Correct Product IMEI / name / image / brand / number of series / numbers of article / bar code should suit and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, with no stains, and seals / return tags / warranty seals (where applicable) with non-tampered quality check. The computer should be updated before returning a Mobile / Laptop / Tablet, and the Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) should be disabled. Apple devices must have iCloud lock disabled.

Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged without any scratches, dents, tears or holes (including SIM trays / charging port / headphone port, back-panel etc.)

Undamaged Packaging The initial packaging / box for the drug should be undamaged.

Brand Warranty All brand warranty Provide by manufacturer in condition of replace or refund .

Return Days 5 to 10 days

The field executive will refuse to accept return if any of the conditions set out above are not met.

For any goods to be refunded, the refund will be issued once the vendor receives the returned product.

Part 3 - Rules for a successful Return

• In some cases where the company is unable to process a replacement for whatever reason, a refund is given.

• You will receive a refund (on the spot refund for cash-on-delivery orders) during open box deliveries while accepting your order, if you have received a different or damaged product. Once you have approved an open box delivery, no request for return will be handled, except for fabrication defects. • Any product related problems for Equipment will be reviewed by an authorized service staff (free of charge) and attempted to be resolved by removing the defective / defective part of the product. Complete replacement will only be offered in situations where service personnel assume that the issue will not be fixed by removing the faulty / defective part.
